Мы разработали собственную методику восстановления которая позволяет быстро производить ремонт датчика как у нас в лаборатории так и удаленно при условии отправки нам прошивки микроконтроллера NEC D70F4000 с блока управления G85 (датчика угла положения руля).
Датчики G85 нового поколения не имеют внешней памяти, все данные хранятся и обрабатываются непосредственно в процессоре D70F4000 на базе архитеркуты V850E2 могут быть как закрытые от чтения так и открытые. Основные инструменты для чтения открытых это VVDI PROG, MULTIPROG, ORANGE5, IPROG, GROM. Для чтения закрытых все немного сложнее поскольку требует использования технологии атак Power Glitch для обхода защиты от чтения процессора V850E2 - в этом случае используются только платные решения от Orange5, IPROG, GROM, TUMAN.
Признаки неисправности: Ошибка B116804 в блоке 16 - Электроники рулевой колонки. B116804 — Steering angle sensor, Faulty (Angle in the change range of the sensor (> 900 degrees absolute)). Положения датчика в измеряемых величинах не меняется и отображает 819 градуcов.
Почему появляется: При разборке датчика из за смещения магнитов, при ремонте рулевой рейки, коробки передач, двигателя, в случае демонтажа рулевого вала датчик может быть перекручен и программно заблокирован с записью в память нестираемой ошибки B116804.
Как исправить: Выставить нулевые положения датчика, его магнитов и поправить прошивку микроконтроллера с удалением ошибки.
Как это делаем мы: Все наши работы производятся на специализированном стенде, автомобиль при ремонте датчика не требуется, после ремонта на автомобиле требуется только адаптация конечных положений руля - запуск автомобиля , поворот до упора вправо до звукового сигнала и до упора влево до звукового сигнала, после в центр и включение и выключение зажигания - после этого датчик адаптирован.
Как сделать удаленно: В случае если процессор датчика открыт для чтения, считать прошивку программатором, в случае закрытого датчика использовать специализированные программаторы. Считать PROGRAM FLASH он же CODE FLASH, DATA FLASH, OPBT0, OCD и отправить их нам для проверки и восстановления. После исправления необходимо будет выставить датчик на автомобиле.
Все G85 нового типа привязаны к VIN номеру автомобиля, и при установке датчика с другого авто требуется его адаптация через онлайн ODIS, через GEKO или GRP доступ. В большинстве случаев проще и дешевле восстановить датчик чем покупать б.у. которые в основном с аварийных автомобилей и возможно потребуют не только привязки а еще и ремонта что в итоге выйдет дороже стоимости ремонта родного датчика.

We have developed our own recovery method that allows us to quickly repair the sensor both in our laboratory and remotely, provided that you send us the firmware of the NEC D70F4000 microcontroller from the G85 control unit (steering angle sensor).
The new generation G85 sensors do not have external memory, all data is stored and processed directly in the D70F4000 MCU based on the V850E2 architecture can be either closed from reading or open. The main tools for reading open ones are VVDI PROG, MULTIPROG, ORANGE5, IPROG, GROM. For reading closed ones, everything is a little more complicated since it requires the use of Power Glitch attack technology to bypass the protection from reading the V850E2 processor - in this case, only paid solutions from Orange5, IPROG, GROM, TUMAN are used.
Signs of malfunction: Error B116804 in unit 16 - Steering column electronics. B116804 - Steering angle sensor, Faulty (Angle in the change range of the sensor (> 900 degrees absolute)). The position of the sensor in the measured values does not change and displays 819 degrees.
Why it appears: When disassembling the sensor due to the displacement of the magnets, when repairing the steering rack, gearbox, engine, in case of dismantling the steering shaft, the sensor can be twisted and programmatically blocked with a permanent error B116804 written to the memory.
How to fix: Set the zero positions of the sensor, its magnets and correct the firmware of the microcontroller with the error deletion.
How we do it: All our work is carried out on a specialized stand, the car is not required for repairing the sensor, after repairs on the car, only the adaptation of the end positions of the steering wheel is required - starting the car, turning all the way to the right until the sound signal and all the way to the left until the sound signal, then to the center and turning the ignition on and off - after that the sensor is adapted.
How to do it remotely: If the sensor mcu is open for reading, read the firmware with a programmer, in the case of a closed mcu sensor, use specialized programmers. Read PROGRAM FLASH, also known as CODE FLASH, DATA FLASH, OPBT0, OCD and send them to us for checking and recovery. After the correction, it will be necessary to adapt the sensor on the car.
All new type sensors are linked to the VIN number of the car, and when installing a sensor from another car, it is necessary to adapt it via online ODIS, via GEKO or GRP access. In most cases, it is easier and cheaper to restore the sensor than to buy used ones, which are mainly from damaged cars and may require not only linking but also repair, which will ultimately be more expensive than the cost of repairing the original sensor.
